At Next Day Flowers we will delivery your flowers to most parts of mainland UK (If it's to an area we cannot delivery to you will be told during the checkout process).

Please ensure you order by 6.00pm for Next Day Delivery!

We safely box your flowers in one of our safe, secure flower boxes. The flowers are given plenty of special watery gel' to provide plenty to drink for the journey and ensures the flowers are as fresh as when they went in the box. When you place flower delivery order online we'll even send you a tracking number so you can check the progress of your gift!

As you can see, we send hundreds of beautiful bouquets out every week and have sending beautiful flowers down to a fine art! - Your flowers will be fresh, beautiful and safely sent to one very happy recipient!

You will automatically receive an email at the moment the flowers leave us. The email will contain a unique tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your flower delivery at each step of the way.

Important factors when placing your order:

It is important that you, the customer, ensure that all the delivery details of the recipient are correct, as we cannot accept any liability for failed deliveries as a result of incorrect information.

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery to the recipient on the day of the delivery. If no one is available to receive the delivery they may try with a neighbour or leave the item in a safe place (but this is down to the discretion of the driver) or they will take the flowers to the local post office / sorting office and leave a calling card at the recipient's address to advise of the attempted delivery.

If you have any doubts about the recipients ability to receive the item it is recommended that you advise the recipient to expect a delivery. Next Day Flowers Ltd cannot take responsibility to ensure the recipient is able to accept the delivery.

Hospitals:

Different hospitals have different rules with regards to whether or not they will accept flowers. Next Day Flowers does not keep a list of hospitals that will or won't accept them, so please ensure you check first!
